Taking Advantage of the Moment

After the second big snow fall and huge wind storm, Carter and I had to go outside and dig out the van again. I thought it would be easy since we'd just shoveled it out two days earlier, but by the time the snow stopped falling, the wind had carried tons of the snow from the snow banks around the streets and left another 3 feet of snow from our front door all the way around the van. Nathan had to work, so it was up to Carter and I to dig it out. I left my responsible 6 year old Kaylie inside with the babies to make sure they didn't do this.....

When I came inside I found that Lily and Abigail had opened 6 yogurts and consumed most of them, although a lot of Abigails' ended up on her clothes and on the table..

OH, and under the table.

"I'm completely innocent mom, it was all Abigail."

We love yogurt, yes we do!

Kaylie meanwhile, was downstairs watching a movie. So much for a 6 year old babysitter! I was relieved that this was all they managed to do. It took Carter and I more than an hour to get the van out, so if yogurt was the only casualty I'd have to say I was very lucky!!!
