So I posted some like this before... when I had the kids mop the floor the first time, and I realized that I needed to have them in swimsuits if I was going to take pics. So, this will look a little more decent than the other post about mopping. I have to say that the kids and I all really love this new method of cleaning our floor. I hate this tile with a passion... it never looks clean and shows everything. However, now that I can have the kids "play" on it and it looks better afterward, it is a new favorite thing to do around here.
Abigail really enjoyed wearing her swim suit that didn't have the floaty device built in.. she felt smaller :)
Lily changed before I had a chance to get a pic of her in her suit. She doesn't like to be wet unless she is in a pool or tub and so she escaped upstairs the first chance she could to get dressed.
Now that all our suits are put away for the season I might need to rethink packing them up, and let the kids continue to do this at least once a month. I gives me a break from being on my hands and knees (which at this stage in my pregnancy is really hard), and the kids are very entertained with the slip n slide idea!

I love it! I need to hire them for my kitchen and bathrooms.
I love to vacuum, but don't like wood floors or tile because of the way I have to clean it.
But, how creative and fun to get the kids to do it.

Nichole, this totally brought back memories for me. I used to have a kitchen in OR that was huge and when I had to mop it I let Rachel (5), Nathan (3) and Anna (1) go slip-n-sliding on it too. It was so much fun for them. I haven't had a kitchen set up like that since then, kind of miss it. Thanks for the memory. Enjoy these opportunities.
