I had a great time getting to know "Grandma" Maggie. She was a lot of fun and taught me quite a bit in the short time I was there. She is great with kids and even more amazing in her "craft" room.
She showed me how to make these tote/beach/grocery bags and also answered all my questions about blanket making and sewing. She is pretty amazing on the sewing machine and keeps pretty busy with all her projects. She is a go-getter and it was really nice having some bonding time with her. She also taught me more about freeze dried food storage (hashbrowns) and sent me home with some goodies (like the said hashbrowns and some oat bran!) Yum! Thanks Maggie!
