It is a real-estate website that tells you what houses are for sale and how much they cost, with a lof of other details. I've recently become quite interested in looking at homes in other states, trying to figure out where we can move and actually afford a home for the first time! It is super exciting thinking about buying our first home and not renting anymore. I know there are perks to both, but with 4 kids that seem to be determined to make us have to replace everything in this rental before we move, owning sounds so delightful!
So far, it appears that CA, VA, and NY are way out of our comfort zone financially. (we weren't planning on living in those states anyway). We are hoping to be closer to family and Nathan is looking online constantly and getting his CV (resume) ready to start interviewing! Only one year left! YIPPEE.
