Kaylie's first grade class put on a few plays for us and the kids really enjoyed seeing Kaylies' classroom (with pet bunnies and all).

Kaylie was Goldilocks and did a great job! She had all her lines memorized and remembered them all!
After the plays the kids were each given Certificates. Kaylie and one other student were named "Citizen of the Year" (we are very proud). She also received another Finest Falcon award (a program of 6 pillars the school tries to instill in the children) which she was very happy to receive.
Kaylie and her 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Betty. We both really liked Mrs. Betty. She was kind and definitely knew how to motivate Kaylie to do her best this year. We hope we will be so lucky to have such a great teacher for 2nd grade!
