Carter's SuperHero Birthday

The big boy turning 4! He was so excited to open presents he just kept asking the whole party when it was time to open them. I made him wait until after everyone had bounced in the Moon Bounce several times and we had all eaten lunch and cupcakes. I can't get this picture to move into the right order of events! He loved his presents, his favorite being a spider-man costume he can wear everyday to feel strong! He already has/wears a Mr. Incredibles' outfit, but I think he now prefers the Spider-man costume.
Carter helped carry things outside to get ready for the party. Where is the missing cupcake?

What a silly birthday boy!

Here's the Monster Truck MoonBounce and super-hero inflatables, courtesy of our friends, Mark and Tina Harris. They were so nice to let us use this for free and then gave us about 20 inflatables to decorate and give out as party favors. It was awesome and the kids all loved it!

Nate and the babies watching everyone on the moonbounce. Our garage is the one that is open in the background.

Carter invited 5 friends to his party: Hannah and Albrecht Ercanbrack, Jon and Ben Elieson, and Jacob Cecil. All in all their were 9 kids for Nate and I to entertain. It was crazy work, but very fun and enjoyable and tiring.

A view from inside. Nathan had as much fun as the kids bouncing away. Lily would've lived in the moonbounce if we'd have let her!

A family shot at the end of the day, before we had to take the Moon Bounce down. We got to have it in our backyard all day and then broke it down ourselves and kept it in our garage for the Harris's to come and get the next day.

It was quite a chore and time consumer to break the moon bounce down. We had all of us laying on it for at least 45 minutes to an hour to get all the air out. The hardest part was folding it and then rolling it to our garage. Luckily we have one of the world's strongest men helping us. There is no way that the kids and I could've done it without him! It was hard work, but well worth the fun that the Bounce offered the whole day.

Nathan relaxing on the deflated moon bounce before folding it up. At the end of a very long and fun birthday party day, what else could we expect?
