Carter is always so willing to make a "cute" face when I try to get him on the camera. What a silly boy! He is growing up quickly but stills mostly acts his age. He is into superheros, especially spider man and Mr. Incredibles. He loves to "fight" and "do bad things". Doesn't that just sound wonderful? Underneath it all though, is an extremely sweet kid that loves to swim, ride his bike, eat candy, steal candy or anything sweet, and so many other things. He has no interest in learning his letters or numbers, but is learning some slowly but surely. I just hope and pray that he'll want to learn more during the next year so I feel like he's ready for kindergarten. Preschool is way too expensive for us here, so it is all up to me to prepare him for school! Yikes, no pressure. He hates me to teach him anything and rebels the moment he thinks that I am trying to teach him. What's a mom to do?

Little Abs. Now 13 months old. She is finally learning how to pull herself up and crawl. She is very proficient and quick at scooting around and can get just about everywhere she wants too. What a cutie little chub! Her legs are as big as I have ever seen on a baby and yet she is absolutely adorable. I think her size and personality have been a double whammy in preventing her from moving sooner. She is just showing us from a young age that she will be doing things her own way and at her own pace in life and that we shouldn't expect her to follow exactly in her siblings footsteps. I love that about her. She now weighs 28lbs and is 2 ft 8 inches tall! I just hope she starts walking soon so that she doesn't completely destroy my back!

Kaylie is growing up way too fast! She is starting to look and act a lot older than I want her too. I can't believe she'll be starting 1st grade soon. It makes me sad to think I won't have her home with me. She is an awesome helper and does so much for me. She's really improving her reading skills and loves loves loves to cook. It is fun to watch her crack eggs and flip pancakes. She enjoys coloring, making crafts, riding her bike, swimming, picking blackberries, helping her little sisters, and playing with her friends. Kaylie is such a special person. She has a sweet and observant spirit that is compassionate and always showing desires to make other people happy and comfortable. Her love language is the same as mine: words of affirmation.

Oh Little Lil! What a silly little pill! This child is the sweet mischevious one that can find her way into just about anything she wants too. She has been found scaling the pantry shelves to reach some candy on the top shelf, and well as dragging chairs to be able to climb onto counters and into cabinets she should not be able to reach. She is a very curious and moody child. She loves to sing, color, dance, race, ride her bike, and especially swim. She can swim the whole length of the pool with just her floaty suit and loves to jump in and be dunked. She now weighs 32 lbs and is 2 ft. 10 inches tall. Her favorite thing to sing is "I am a child of God" and she repeats the first line of it over and over again. She is not quite talking yet, but is at least saying, "No, mama, dada, night night, and my favorite- WOW-look-at-that!" What an adorable little child she is and continues to be a great joy to be around in spite of her crazy antics.

Just a cute pic of Lily coloring, I'm just glad it is not on our walls!
