All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth..

Kaylie came up to me last weekend and said that her tooth was feeling very loose.
I grabbed the camera so we could snap a few "before" pictures of her baby front teeth.

A few minutes later she looked like this... Her other front tooth was very loose (it had been loose for nearly a month)...

And the next day she looked like this :)
I must admit I am an emotional mother and that when she started talking with her two front teeth hole I just saw visions of my baby growing up way too fast and entering a new stage of life. I was overwhelmed for a few minutes as I pondered how quickly she has grown from a young newborn, to a cute toddler, to a blossoming preschooler and now a beautiful first-grader. I know that life will just continue to fly by and that I must cherish these precious moments I have with my children. I am overcome with love and gratitude for each of my children. They are so dear to my heart I sometimes just want to freeze time and enjoy the moments even more.

Modeling her new Christmas dress, her missing two front teeth, and a nice hair-do.

The full view of our growing 6 year old.

And a view of her hair. She has never let me do anything that took this long, so this was a triumph!
